'William Powell's Clear View'

Lewis Horne, a Schiff Hardin partner focusing on public finance, is quoted in this article on the recent passing of William Powell, the first African-American to design, build, own and operate a golf facility in the United States. Mr. Horne is a Past President of the National Minority Golf Foundation, and currently serves as Chairperson of the LPGA Foundation and Secretary/Director of the American Junior Golf Association.
