Stephen Hankins, leader of Schiff Hardin's Intellectual Property group, will speak at the Sixth Annual IP Counsel Forum on March 23, 2010. He will moderate a panel titled "The Future of the Practice of IP In House." This event will take place at the Hilton San Jose in San Jose, California.
This session will discuss how the practice of IP will change for in house counsel in light of changes in the law and policy, and technological changes that are stressing traditional legal frameworks. The panelists will compare and contrast how a corporate IP organization was managed 10 years ago against how it might need to be managed 10 years from now.
