Tracy A. Campbell, a partner in Schiff Hardin's Litigation Group and Reinsurance and Insurance Group will be co-moderating the introduction session of the 18th Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Midyear Program on Thursday, Feb. 25 from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. This interactive forum, titled "Everything You Wanted to Know About Your Client but Were Afraid to Ask," will explore the expectations, roles and obligations of clients and outside counsel and discuss techniques to promote productive working relationships. The session will also focus on retention, scope of representation, conflicts of interest; counsel guidelines and alternate fee models; litigation planning, case management, settlement/resolution; technology including electronic billing; outside vendors and best practices to meet client needs.
