Jon K. Jurva and Lynn J. Watkins of Schiff Hardin's General Corporate and Securities Group will present "Institutional Limited Partners Association Private Equity Principles: A Guide For Improving GP/LP Relations" at the Muller & Monroe Asset Management, LLC Back Office Exchange on Friday, Oct. 14 at the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago (230 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago). The presentation will address the ILPA's Private Equity Principals that were initially released in September 2009 to encourage discussion between LPs and GPs regarding fund partnerships with the goal of improving the private equity industry for the long-term benefit of all its participants by outlining a number of key principles that will guide the continued commitment to partnership between LPs and GPs.
