Linda K. Stevens, a partner in Schiff Hardin's Intellectual Property Group, will speak at The John Marshall Law School's 56th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference, titled "Hot Topics and Current Developments in Patent, Trademark, Copyright and Trade Secrets Law," on Friday, February 24 at The John Marshall Law School (315 S. Plymouth Court, Chicago). Ms. Stevens, who was named to the "Top 50 Women Attorneys In Illinois" list by Chicago magazine (February 2012), will present "Use of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act in Trade Secret Litigation: Employer v. Former Employee," during the conference.
