Thomas P. White concentrates in trademark, licensing, copyright and general intellectual property law.
His practice encompasses:
- Selection, registration and policing of U.S. and international trademarks
- Litigation and resolution of disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, software licenses and other intellectual property rights and agreements
- Structuring and negotiation of intellectual property transactions, including brand and technology licenses, consent agreements, development agreements and distribution agreements
- Negotiation of software agreements, including licenses and implementation agreements
- Advising clients on advertising rights and publicity rights
- Intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions
Mr. White directs our firm's trademark prosecution practice.
He also has substantial experience in general commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Mr. White is a member of the firm's Diversity Committee and its Subcommittee on Racial, Ethnic and National Origin.
