Richard L. Verkler concentrates his practice on counseling privately held business entities across a broad range of industries and activities, at all stages of the development spectrum, and in all aspects of their operations, including:

Outside General Counsel
Mr. Verkler serves as outside general counsel to his clients, overseeing all aspects of their legal work by using a multi-disciplinary team approach to coordinate legal services from the various specialty practice areas of the firm.

Mr. Verkler has co-authored publications and made presentations on the sale, merger and acquisition of closely-held businesses, corporate and tax compliance matters, partnership matters and succession planning for professional practices.
