Robert H. Rickner

Robert H. Rickner focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters. Currently, he works extensively on the World Trade Center Disaster Site litigation now pending in the Southern District of New York, which involves the claims of nearly 10,000 individual plaintiffs.
Mr. Rickner has also represented a lessee in a series of cases regarding a commercial lease agreement, and participated in an arbitration concerning an asset purchase agreement.
