Brian J. Neff concentrates his practice in general litigation, both civil and criminal, including the defense of class actions, reinsurance litigation, tort and products liability cases, and complex white collar criminal matters.
Mr. Neff has represented insurance carriers and other companies against class action lawsuits, including those that assert nationwide classes. He has been involved in reinsurance matters addressing issues such as:

His criminal defense experience includes matters at both the trial and appellate levels.
