Henry Lee Mann

Henry Lee Mann concentrates his practice in corporate and intellectual property matters. Mr. Mann has experience representing clients in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, negotiation and drafting of various commercial agreements, and advising on other general corporate matters.
Mr. Mann also represents clients with respect to various intellectual property matters, including patent litigation relating to cosmetics and medical devices, copyright licensing and litigation, and domain name disputes.

Pro Bono Activities
Mr. Mann is actively involved in pro bono matters, including representing habeas corpus petitioners held in extrajudicial detention at Guantanamo Bay.
Previous Experience
During law school, Mr. Mann served as a legal intern for a law firm in Beijing, China, where he researched and drafted memoranda on Chinese and international legal issues. Mr. Mann also translated and edited articles on Chinese legal topics for publication in bi-monthly English language newsletters.
He holds a commercial pilot certificate with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
