David M. Loring concentrates his practice in environmental law. Mr. Loring has counseled and represented clients on a variety of litigation and regulatory matters, including:- Clean Air Act New Source Review (NSR) enforcement actions
- Negotiation of Administrative Orders by Consent
- Voluntary site remediations under state and federal cleanup programs, including the federal Superfund and Superfund Alternative Sites programs (Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA))
- Remediation of contaminated former manufactured gas plant sites
