- Mezzanine debt and equity investments
- Secured and unsecured syndicated loans
- Private equity sponsored leveraged buy-outs and asset acquisitions
- Equipment term loans and revolving working capital financing
- Structured finance
- Leveraged leases
- Letters of credit
- Loan workouts
Mr. Kelly also represents corporate clients and private equity firms and their portfolio companies in financing transactions, including representing manufacturers and distributors in the following industries:

He represents these clients in connection with a variety of financing transactions, including:
- Acquisition financings
- Asset-based loans
- 144A transactions
- Receivables securitizations

Previous Experience
Earlier in his career Mr. Kelly was an in-house commercial lending attorney in Chicago at a major bank, where represented the bank in a variety of domestic and international commercial loan transactions.
