Jon K Jurva

Jon K. Jurva concentrates his practice in corporate and securities matters. He focuses his practice on representing foundations, endowments, funds of funds and other institutional investors in making venture capital, private equity and hedge fund investments. In addition, he regularly advises public and private companies and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions, including international transactions.
Mr. Jurva also has represented investment managers in the formation of private equity real estate, and funds of funds.
Mr. Jurva has also represented issuers and underwriters in securities offerings. He has represented a portfolio company of a private equity fund in its initial public offering and subsequent follow-on offering. Other transactions include the representation of the underwriter in a public offering of common stock and subordinated notes, and advising public companies on securities law disclosure and compliance issues.
He has counseled start-up ventures on initial organization and financings.
