Bina Joshi practices environmental law. Her experience includes a wide range of litigation, regulatory and transactional matters, including:- Clean Air Act New Source Review (NSR) enforcement actions
- Permit and trade secret appeals before the Illinois Pollution Control Board
- Environmental summaries, assessments and permitting analyses for wind energy conversion projects
- Litigation and voluntary remediation under federal and state cleanup programs
- Environmental due diligence related to the sale of assets
