  • An affiliate of Arthur Hill & Company in connection with the financing, leasing and development of entertainment anchored downtown shopping centers in Denver and Evanston, Illinois
  • Horizon Group Properties, Inc., in connection with the development of a master planned community in Huntley, Illinois
  • Hamilton Partners in the annexation and rezoning of a 200-acre farm property to permit the construction of a suburban office, retail and hotel complex
  • RREEF Funds in the acquisition of a 500,000 square-foot distribution facility
  • Newell Rubbermaid Inc. in its agreement with developers Greenstone Properties, in partnership with Pope & Land and Granite Properties, to construct a 350,000 square-foot, 14-story Atlanta headquarters at Two Glenlake in the Perimeter Center area
  • An affiliate of The Prime Group, Inc., in connection with the development of a shopping center in Country Club Hills, Illinois
