Ms. Finitzo serves as outside general counsel to her clients, overseeing all aspects of their legal work by using a multi-disciplinary team approach to coordinate legal services from the various specialty practice areas of the firm.

Ms. Finitzo has represented physicians, attorneys and other professionals in all aspects of their professional practices, including formation, compliance and other operational matters and buying, selling and dissolving professional practices.

Ms. Finitzo has co-authored publications and made presentations on the sale, merger and acquisition of closely-held businesses, corporate and tax compliance matters, managed care contracts, partnership matters and succession planning for professional practices.
Speeches and Presentations
Ms. Finitzo has lectured widely on topics of interest to both for-profit and not-for-profit entities. She conducts an annual seminar for leaders of the American Academy of Pediatrics on not-for-profit governance and compliance, and she has made presentations on planned giving as well as on legal and ethical issues in adolescent healthcare.
