Jeffrey M. Bergman


Jeffrey M. Bergman's practice covers general estate planning, including wills, trusts, family investment companies and other tools for wealth preservation, inter-generational business planning, charitable planning, asset protection, and estate administration. He has particular experience in fiduciary income taxation, asset protection for physicians and other professionals, and the use of retirement and 529 accounts in estate planning.

Mr. Bergman also assists individuals, closely held businesses, and fiduciaries facing a variety of tax and regulatory issues, including tax audits and litigation relating to estate and transfer taxes, partnership and trust income taxation, and reporting of foreign financial accounts.
