Elyse K. Yang

Associate

Elyse K. Yang focuses her practice on clients in the financial services industry. She counsels investment advisers, broker-dealers and individuals associated with those businesses in regulatory and compliance matters. She also represents clients in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Schiff Hardin, Ms. Yang worked in the legal department of a natural gas supply and distribution company. While in law school, she held two internships with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement – one with the Asset Management Unit and Trial Unit and the other with Investigations and the Trial Unit.
