William M. Hannay

William M. Hannay regularly represents corporations and individuals in civil and criminal antitrust matters, including:

He is particularly experienced in dealing with the special problems of regulated and deregulated industries, including insurance, health care and public utilities.

Mr. Hannay served as a member of the American Bar Association's (ABA) Asia Law Initiative Council and chaired the ABA's Africa Law Initiative Council. He has led delegations of American Bar Association lawyers on international legal exchanges to South Africa, Vietnam, Ghana, the Ivory Coast and Morocco.
He has been an active participant in technical assistance programs with the Central and Eastern European Law Initiative (CEELI), working on projects involving Georgia, Lithuania, Hungary, Albania, Bulgaria, and the Czech Republic, and with the International Law Institute (ILI), training members of the Anti-Monopoly Committee in Russia.
