Valerie L. Green has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in a wide range of litigation-related matters, including cases in the insurance, construction, mortgage lending, trademark, and products liability contexts.  Ms. Green has also represented an independent transmission system operator in a number of proceedings concerning the development of market rules for New England’s wholesale electricity markets and in implementing a Forward Capacity Market.

Previous Experience

Prior to law school, Ms. Green worked as a graphic designer for nine years, specializing in branding and design strategies for technology and finance companies.
