Tammy A. Bouchelle concentrates her practice in commercial litigation. She has experience litigating a wide array of business disputes, including:
- Health care claims
- Traditional contract and fraud cases
- Class actions
- Securities litigation
- Media litigation matters
- Taxation and banking proceedings
Ms. Bouchelle is experienced in counseling clients on litigation strategies and managing all aspects of cases through trial. She also represents clients in mediation, arbitration, administrative and appellate proceedings.

Pro Bono Activities
Ms. Bouchelle represents indigent clients through the Atlanta Legal Aid Society's Grandparent/Relative Caregiver Adoption Project, the Truancy Intervention Project, and in conjunction with Georgia Lawyers for the Arts. She also represents clients in capital habeas corpus proceedings through the firm's involvement with the American Bar Association Death Penalty Representation Project.
