Steven M. Bocknek focuses his practice in intellectual property litigation.

His experience includes:

  • Patent, trademark and copyright infringement litigation
  • Contract disputes and other general commercial litigation

Experience

Recently, Mr. Bocknek defended a leader in the intellectual property portfolio management industry accused of infringing a series of software-related patents.  He assisted in analyzing the patents at issue, developing a comprehensive discovery plan, responding to voluminous discovery demands, identifying and working with expert witnesses, and successfully negotiating a favorable settlement agreement.

Mr. Bocknek has also represented corporate clients in federal copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation and complex commercial suits.
