- The $1.1 billion acquisition by Emaar Properties, a Dubai-based real estate company, of John Laing Homes, the second largest privately held homebuilder in the United States.
- Newell Rubbermaid:
- The $6.3 billion acquisition of Rubbermaid, a manufacturer of consumer products
- The $730 million acquisition of DYMO, a leading producer of on-demand labeling solutions
- The $615 million acquisition of the worldwide stationery products businesses (PaperMate, Parker, Waterman and Liquid Paper brands) of The Gillette Company, which included the acquisition of stock and assets in more than 40 countries
- The $450 million acquisition of American Saw & Mfg. Company, a manufacturer of saw-blade products
- The $419 million acquisition of the remaining 50.5% of American Tool Companies, Inc., the manufacturer of Vise-Grip and Irwin tools and other hardware products
- The $304 million sale of its Anchor Hocking glassware, Mirro cookware and Burnes picture frame businesses
- The acquisition of Calphalon Corporation, a manufacturer of pots and pans

- The consolidation of the Dedert Corporation with the Anhydro Group, a Danish consortium comprising the world's second-largest provider of evaporation and drying technologies
- The acquisition by Phillips-Van Heusen of the assets of Crystal Brands, including the Izod and Gant apparel brands
- The sale by Triangle Wire & Cable of its electrical wire and cable business to the Essex Group
- The sale of Globalware Computing, Inc., a platform technology company
- The sale of Union Property Investors, a publicly held real estate holding company
- The sale by The Prime Group of partnership interests in various real estate holding development companies
- The recapitalization and restructuring of The Strive Group, a merchandising supply chain company

He also has advised several of the firm's private equity, insurance, and other institutional investor clients in numerous common and preferred mezzanine investment transactions.
In addition, he has represented issuers and underwriters in equity and debt offerings, and has advised clients with respect to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting obligations, board governance, and other corporate and securities laws matters.
