Sailesh K. Patel focuses on intellectual property litigation with an emphasis in pharmaceutical and chemical patent litigation. Mr. Patel has significant experience representing pharmaceutical companies in Hatch-Waxman patent litigation. With a background in chemical engineering, Mr. Patel prepares and prosecutes patent applications. He also has experience with trademark and franchise litigation.
