Peter C. Spier has extensive real estate transactional and financing experience.
He has represented:
- Real estate developers in the financing, acquisition, development, and disposition of a diverse range of properties, including trophy office buildings, shopping centers, mixed-use projects, and condominiums and other residential developments.
- Corporate clients with respect to their ownership of, or leasehold interest in, real property, including handling the real estate components of mergers and acquisitions.
- Landlords and tenants in retail, office, and industrial leases, including a national retail establishment in leasing transactions nationwide.
- Borrowers and lenders in structuring, negotiating, and documenting mortgage and construction financing, including loan syndications and participations, and the defeasance of securitized loans.
