Paul G. Mackey practices in the areas of real estate and finance and focuses on:
- Secured lending for construction and permanent lenders
- Real estate acquisitions and dispositions
- Leasing for office and retail tenants
Mr. Mackey's experience has included debt and equity financings of office buildings, shopping centers, residential apartment buildings, hotels, and industrial properties throughout the United States.
This includes:
- Negotiating and drafting documents in connection with permanent and construction loans, mezzanine loans and credit-enhanced bond financings
- Securitized financing transactions, workouts and loan restructuring
- Loan syndications, including intercreditor arrangements
- Joint venture and partnership financings
- Leasing transactions, including office, retail, ground and industrial leases
He also advises clients on low-income housing tax credit purchases and sales; acquisition and sales of commercial and residential properties; and sale/leaseback transactions.
