Matthew Brett has comprehensive real estate and land use experience.

His general real estate work includes:

Borrower and lender representation in commercial mortgages and loans
Tax credit investments
Leasing
Developer representation
Commercial acquisitions and dispositions

He also handles such land use matters as zoning, rezoning, permitting, and Tax Increment Financing (TIF) agreements.

Previous Experience

Mr. Brett gained valuable experience prior to graduating from law school during summer assignments with the City of Chicago Law Department and the Village of Glenview, Ill.
