Margaret A. Strothkamp's experience includes:
- Drafting employee benefit plan documents, amendments, summary plan descriptions, administrative forms and notices
- Counseling clients on benefit matters regarding pension and welfare benefit plans
- Assisting in designing new benefit plans, programs and policies that comply with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)
- Drafting employment agreements, other executive compensation-related documents, and employee handbooks
She has substantial experience with qualified plan terminations and employee benefit matters in mergers, acquisitions and bankruptcy.
Her employee benefits credentials are complemented by her corporate experience. She has assisted in the negotiating and drafting of documents for the sale of public, private and family-owned businesses, as well as the formation of joint ventures.
Ms. Strothkamp has been responsible for the preparation of comprehensive due diligence rooms and the drafting of numerous documents, contracts, and schedules for corporate and bankruptcy transactions.
