Lindsey L. Evans concentrates her practice in complex litigation and has handled a variety of cases for clients ranging in size from multinational corporations to individuals. Her experience includes commercial litigation, class actions, appeals and alternative dispute resolution, on both the plaintiff and defendant sides, and has involved issues including:

• Consumer protection statutes
• Business torts
• White collar criminal matters
• Contract disputes
• Mass tort litigation
• Trust and estate disputes

Pro Bono Activities

Ms. Evans also participates in several pro bono matters, including the representation of a former death row inmate in Illinois and a plaintiff in a Fair Housing Act case in the Northern District of Illinois.

Previous Experience

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Evans worked for two years at a major accounting firm providing transfer pricing consulting services to multinational clients.
