Julie Busch focuses her practice in general commercial litigation. She has experience in jurisdictional and substantive matters, including issues arising from breach of contract, bank guarantees, and most favorable and equitable treatment under bilateral international treaties.
Ms. Busch is experienced in international commercial arbitrations, including arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and also with ad hoc arbitrations.
Ms. Busch has participated in the publication of legal commentaries in Journal du Droit International.
Prior to joining Schiff Hardin, Ms. Busch was an associate at Jones Day in Paris, France.
