Jonathan Judge

Associate


Jonathan Judge defends manufacturers of juvenile, automotive, and industrial products in courts across the country. 

He is actively involved in appellate work and the protection of parent companies from the potential liabilities of their subsidiaries and affiliated corporations. He also coordinates product inspections and develops cost-effective defenses.

Mr. Judge assists manufacturers with responses to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, and with inquiries from the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) and the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration (NHTSA).

He also monitors and drafts tort reform legislation, and enjoys working with product manufacturers to anticipate and avoid future product liability problems.

Mr. Judge was appointed to the faculty for the Defense Research Institute's 2007 Superstars of Trial seminar, held in Chicago in September of 2007.
