Jon K. Jurva

Partner


Jon K. Jurva concentrates his practice in corporate and securities matters. He focuses primarily on advising public and private companies and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions, including international transactions.

He has also represented issuers and underwriters in securities offerings. Recently, he represented a portfolio company of a private equity fund in its initial public offering and subsequent follow-on offering. Other recent transactions include the representation of the underwriter in a public offering of common stock and subordinated notes. His experience also includes advising public companies on securities law disclosure and compliance issues.

He has counseled start-up ventures on initial organization and financings. Mr. Jurva also has represented private equity firms in the formation of private equity funds and fund of funds.
