Jeremy S. Baker

Associate


Jeremy S. Baker concentrates his practice on representing property owners and developers, as well as contractors, architects and engineers. He has particular knowledge and experience concerning the forensic investigation of catastrophic property damage incidents in anticipation of litigation or alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Baker has served as lead counsel in more than 20 lawsuits pending in state and federal courts in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Missouri and Minnesota. In addition to handling matters involving design and construction defects, mechanics' liens, and construction disputes involving delay damages and cost overruns, he has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of claims involving defective industrial, commercial, and consumer products.

Experienced in dispute resolution, Mr. Baker has successfully negotiated dozens of favorable settlements on behalf of clients through means of mediation, arbitration and litigation.
