Jeffrey V. Commisso's practice includes litigation, mediation, and arbitration of commercial disputes, including trials before federal and state courts and private arbitration panels.
Mr. Commisso also represents clients in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and in California appellate courts. His primary area of concentration has been commercial litigation, including:
