Hans F. Kaeser concentrates his legal practice on the representation of a broad-based European clientele and its U.S. affiliates in their investment activities and business operations in the United States.
He advises on:
- Acquisitions
- Divestitures
- Buy-outs
- Restructurings
- Joint ventures
- Corporate finance transactions
Mr. Kaeser also counsels his clients on issues of corporate governance and public disclosure and on general corporate matters. He is acting as de facto General Counsel for the U.S. affiliates of many of his European clients, advising management of these affiliates in all legal matters arising from their business operations in the United States.
Mr. Kaeser brings to all matters he handles the perspective of an attorney with a thorough understanding of both civil and common law legal systems.
