Hans F. Kaeser concentrates his legal practice on the representation of a broad-based European clientele and its U.S. affiliates in their investment activities and business operations in the United States.

Mr. Kaeser also counsels his clients on issues of corporate governance and public disclosure and on general corporate matters. He is acting as de facto General Counsel for the U.S. affiliates of many of his European clients, advising management of these affiliates in all legal matters arising from their business operations in the United States.
