Graham R. Hone primarily represents banks in their commercial real estate lending activities for properties nationwide. He also represents pension funds as owners of real estate assets, and equity investors in real estate sale/leaseback transactions.

Mr. Hone advises on deal structure, and drafting and negotiating documentation for:

• Construction and permanent loan financings
• Credit enhanced 80/20 bond financings
• Loan workouts and restructurings
• Joint venture agreements (limited partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies)
• Acquisitions and sales of properties, including office, retail and hotel properties
• Sale/leaseback financings

His private equity practice primarily involves representing investors in, and sponsors of, "blind pool" funds. Such work includes negotiation of terms of organizational documents of investment vehicle entities (limited partnership or limited liability company agreements), parallel or co-investment agreements, and documentation related to investments in start-up companies.
