Fabrizio Grasso counsels clients on corporate and financial matters. Mr. Grasso has practiced law in Italy and the United States, advising clients transacting international business, assisting in corporate arbitrations and litigation, negotiating and drafting international and domestic commercial contracts, and evaluating international securities fraud claims.
Mr. Grasso's background also includes experience in aviation law: in addition to a wide range of aviation related litigation, he worked on European regulatory and administrative matters related to the ownership and operation of aircraft and helicopters, and structured aircraft financing transactions.
Before coming to Schiff Hardin, Mr. Grasso was a legal consultant on aviation, international commercial transactions and European Union law at the New York law firm of Balber Pickard Battistoni Maldonado & Van Der Tuin, PC. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Grasso worked as an international political analyst for the Non-Governmental Peace Strategies Project in Turin, Italy.
