Summary:
Schiff Hardin represented PepsiCo plaintiffs in two cases involving a dispute with their former advertising agency, which had subsequently been retained by a direct competitor in the soft drink industry. After we won injunctive relief in the case involving our client's Aquafina brand, the other case settled with the entry of a consent decree in favor of our client's Gatorade brand.
