Don M. Tellock represents corporations and individuals in complex federal and state court litigation, as well as government and internal investigations, administrative proceedings and arbitrations. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and corporate compliance, and counsels clients on privacy, consumer class action litigation, data protection/information security and advertising issues.
Mr. Tellock's practice is national in scope. He has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the country, including New York, California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Arkansas.
Mr. Tellock is a member of the firm's Diversity Committee.
Previously, Mr. Tellock served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the New York State Attorney General (2001-2004). There, Mr. Tellock's responsibilities included policy-making, management and enforcement of a range of state and federal laws.
