David T. Morris

David T. Morris focuses his practice in a wide variety of product liability and mass tort disputes. Mr. Morris has successfully argued discovery motions and dispositive motions in both state and federal court, and has secured summary judgments on behalf of clients in high stakes product liability actions in state court. He has also conducted many depositions of plaintiffs and other witnesses in product liability and mass tort actions filed in state courts throughout the country.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Schiff Hardin, Mr. Morris worked in sales, training and education programs for three pharmaceutical companies.
