Catherine Hobart Thompson advises management on human resources issues, the development of employment practices and policies and the interpretation of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.

Ms. Thompson represents employers before all courts and government agencies, with a focus on employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) claims, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) investigations, and implementation of Affirmative Action plans.
