Brenna Woodley is a member of our Labor and Employment Group and Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group. She concentrates in Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) litigation as well as litigation involving non-competes and other restrictive covenants. She practices in federal and state courts and before governmental agencies.
She counsels companies that contribute to multiemployer pension and welfare plans in disputes over contributions to the plan. Ms. Woodley also represents single employer plans, plan administrators and the companies that sponsor the plans in a number of ERISA cases, ranging from denied claims cases brought by a single participate to class actions.
Her class action experience includes two high-profile, breach-of-fiduciary-duty cases:
