Bita A. Karabian concentrates her practice on product liability, labor and employment, and general business litigation. She has experience litigating in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate court levels.

Her practice spans all aspects of civil litigation, including:

  • Pre-trial motions
  • Written discovery and depositions
  • Settlement conferences
  • Mediations and arbitrations

Ms. Karabian has significant experience defending claims of:

  • Personal injury
  • Consumer fraud
  • Wage and hour violations

Ms. Karabian also is experienced in class action work, including representing an international cosmetics company and a major shoe manufacturer in wage and hour class actions, as well as representing a national rental car chain in a consumer fraud class action.
