Auste Maria Ringus concentrates in a wide range of corporate and securities transactions, governance and compliance matters. Ms. Ringus has experience with public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate debt and equity offerings, and private equity investments.

She also has provided general corporate representation on matters relating to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting requirements.

Pro Bono Activities

Ms. Ringus is actively involved in the representation of a Death Row inmate in Atlanta, Ga., who is seeking state habeas corpus relief.
