Thomas W. Abendroth, a partner in Schiff Hardin's nationally recognized Private Clients, Trusts and Estates Group, will co-present this telephone briefing on "Recent Developments in Estate Planning." This is the final teleconference in the 2008 Trust and Estate Planning series of teleconferences presented by the American Bankers Association.

This live telephone briefing will examine various developments over the year with respect to estate tax, gift tax, generation-skipping tax and income tax and their effect on fiduciaries, trust beneficiaries, clients and customers.
