This seminar will be geared towards bankruptcy attorneys and turnaround professionals of all experience levels with the overarching theme of identifying ways that we can work together effectively. The program will involve a case study describing the turnaround process, highlighting the unique perspectives, motivations and obligations of the various players in that process including, amongst others, the company and its owners, the lender, the consultant and the attorney. The panelists will draw upon their personal experiences to explore the various business and legal strategies that might be pursued with a distressed company, including financial restructuring, sales, assignments and orderly liquidations. Following the seminar, there will be a networking reception where drinks and light hors d'oeuvres will be served.
The program will be held at the CBA located at 321 S. Plymouth Ct., Chicago, Ill.
