Jonathan Friedland, a partner in Schiff Hardin's Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Group, will moderate the session "The Bankruptcy Sale Process, Part I: The 'Pre-Auction,' Bidding Procedures, Break-up and Topping Fees and Expense Reimbursement" at the American Bankruptcy Institute's (ABI) 26th Annual Spring Meeting.
